Thank you for shopping at Menze Kwint Illustrations! We want your artwork to arrive safely, wherever you are in the world. Below you'll find everything you need to know about shipping, delivery and returns.

Order Processing

Our art prints are carefully printed and packaged in the Netherlands.

We aim to prepare and dispatch all orders within 3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays.

Occasionally, processing may take a little longer due to stock availability or production delays. If this happens, we'll let you know.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide to the destinations available at checkout, using PostNL or another suitable shipping provider.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier and customs processing. Any estimated delivery times are indicative unless a specific delivery date has been agreed.

Please note that the 3-business-day processing time is additional to the shipping time.

All art prints are carefully packaged to protect them during transport.

International Orders & Customs

We love sending artwork around the world!

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, local taxes or customs handling fees.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Where customs charges are collected directly from the recipient, they are the customer's responsibility.

For destinations where import charges must be prepaid or paid by the sender, the applicable arrangements and any additional charges will be communicated before the order is completed.

We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

We hope you love your artwork. However, if you change your mind, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason.

To request a return, simply email us at info@menzekwint.com within this period, stating that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

After notifying us, you have another 14 days to send the items back.

Please package your return carefully to prevent damage during shipping. You may inspect the product as you would in a physical shop, but you may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to assess it.

Unless otherwise required by law or agreed by us, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once you have informed us of your withdrawal, we will refund the payments required by applicable law, including standard outbound shipping costs where applicable, within 14 days.

We may wait until we have received the returned items or proof that they have been sent back, whichever comes first.

Refunds will normally be issued through the original payment method, without additional refund fees.

If you return only part of an order, the original shipping costs are generally not refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care when printing and packaging your artwork, but occasionally something can go wrong during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at info@menzekwint.com.

If possible, include your order number and a few photographs of the issue. This helps us resolve things quickly.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer protection laws, we'll arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund, at no additional cost where legally required.

Your statutory consumer rights always remain protected.

Custom & Personalised Orders

Products made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you may be excluded from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal, where permitted by law.

Regular art prints produced after an order is placed are not automatically considered personalised products and remain subject to the applicable right of withdrawal.
